Our Infolinx™ records management software was designed and created entirely by our in-house programming staff, who also provide full support and upgrades. Our major product lines are described below. High-density Mobile Storage Systems     A high-density mobile system can halve the amount of space needed for storage, and still allow 100% accessibility. Available in a wide variety of paint finishes, our mobile storage systems include the following types: Programmable Systems display system status on LCD displays on each shelving range, and allow aisles to be opened with the touch of a button. The system may be operated by remote control and has a variety of programmable features, allowing accessibility while protecting people and materials. Power Assist Systems allow aisles to be opened with the push of a lever. With the same safety features as the programmable systems, power assist systems also allow carriages to be moved effortlessly. Aisles may be entered while carriages are in the process of opening to save time. Mechanical Assist Systems use a soft-touch three-spoke ergonomic handle for easy aisle opening. Hub locks may be used to secure system from unauthorized access, and automatic aisle locks prevent access while another aisle is in use. Manually Operated Systems have a vertical aluminum pull handle for opening aisles. One of three guidance systems may be chosen to suit the system size and application, making the carriages easy to move regardless of the weight of their contents.

Stationary Shelving     Designed for strength and flexibility, Spacesaver shelving allows increased efficiency and productivity over traditional file cabinets by improving the visibility, accessibility and organization of your materials. Back-to-back systems offer shelf adjustability.

    Rotary files provide great space savings over conventional filing systems. A rotating cabinet within a cabinet, rotary files allow access to two storage compartments on either side of the inner cabinet. They may be shared by two workstations from positions on either side of the cabinet, and can be configured with pass through shelves for convenient transfer of information. With its variety of accessories, the Direct Line rotary file is a storage solution for computer disks, microfilm, microfiche, CDs, video and audio cassettes as well as standard filing applications.


Folders, Labels & Barcode Tracking
     The best storage system in the world won't help you get organized if you don't have the filing system to go with it. We offer the finest in alignment-marked folders and color-coded barcode labels to help you organize and track the location of every important piece of paper in your office. Our multi-vendor solutions include barcode readers, color-coded labels, and folders from Oblique filing systems, Colorflex, and others.


Infolinx™ Software

    In addition to our materials storage products, SSI offers a line of information and materials storage management software called Infolinx™.



    The Infolinx™ software package is an Off-The-Shelf software product which is fully customizable through the use of a configurable data dictionary. Infolinx™, includes basic system features such as multi-level tracking, which allows a relational hierarchy of documents and container levels, and flexible reporting of material movement activity.
     Infolinx™ also supports a suite of robust plug-and-play components, available from SSI, including automated process workflows, email integration, intranet/web integration, collection device integration, and imaging systems integration. LAN Centers
We offer one of the most flexible and expandable data center systems on the market. These systems are crafted of American-made furniture grade steel and begin with a 25", 48", or 72" wide base module with removeable rear access panels and ventilation fans, roll-out shelves, adjustable keyboard trays, pre-punched cable channels and options for large screen monitor housing, sliding monitor doors, storage drawers and rack mount modules.
